Shipping for US Orders
Orders typically ship 1-2 business days after we receive your order. Orders receiving Free Shipping will be shipped using USPS First Class Mail. All products ship from Chicago IL and USPS estimates most shipments to be 3-5 business days. In some cases, we have seen this time to extend to 7-10 business days. If faster shipping is required, you can contact us directly at hello@maxwelljune.com to request a faster delivery method. We will quote you a shipping cost minus our free shipping option.
Shipping for International Orders
We are currently in a testing phase for international orders. If you are interested in our product and would like to be a part of our test phase, please contact us directly at hello@maxwelljune.com and we will share details for cost and timing.
Refund & Return Policy
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your product, we will refund 100% of your order amount within 30 days of your receipt of the product as documented by our trackable shipping method.
To receive a refund, you must email us at hello@maxwelljune.com before the end of the 30 day term informing us of your intent to return your product. Include your order number as well as what you intend to return if it is not your entire order.
We will respond to you with authorization and return instructions. Products must be returned in the original packaging and must be shipped back to us at your expense with a trackable shipping method, and must be shipped within 10 business days of your authorization date.
We will refund your purchase to your original purchase method after we receive your returned product.
