Warranty
Your Maxwell June razor is built to last. If any part arrives damaged in shipment or ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no cost. Just send us a photo and a note at hello@maxwelljune.com and we’ll make it right.
Shipping for All Orders
Every Maxwell June order ships directly from our Chicago or Rockford IL workshops. We prepare and send most orders within 1–2 business days, and USPS typically delivers in 3–5 business days in the US. If you need your razor sooner, simply email us at hello@maxwelljune.com and we’ll arrange an expedited option. More details are included below about non US orders.
Refund & Return Policy
At Maxwell June, every razor is crafted to last and designed for daily satisfaction. In over four years of sales, returns for defects have been virtually nonexistent, and our customer satisfaction consistently outpaces industry standards.
Our return policy is here to provide peace of mind, but it’s not intended as a trial program. We encourage you to order with confidence, knowing you’re joining a community of customers who choose quality that endures.
If you need to make a return:
Contact us at hello@maxwelljune.com within 30 days of receiving your order (per our shipping records).
Include your order number, and we’ll respond promptly with next steps.
Return guidelines:
A light test shave is perfectly fine, but products should be in like-new condition and packaged securely in their original box for the return trip.
Items must be shipped within 10 business days of receiving our authorization, using a trackable shipping method.
Extended use or damage may result in a restocking fee (up to 25%), or in rare cases, make the item non-refundable.
Refund process:
- Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it and refund your purchase price (excluding shipping) to your original payment method.
Canada & Mexico
Orders to Canada and Mexico ship smoothly under our standard process. Please note that any import duties or carrier fees are your responsibility and will be collected by your local customs or delivery service.
International Orders
We’re proud to have customers around the world, and we’ve successfully shipped to many countries already. If your country does not appear in the checkout dropdown, please email us at hello@maxwelljune.com after reviewing the terms below — we’ll add your country and you’ll be among the first to receive Maxwell June there.
For all international orders outside the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, we require agreement to these terms:
Import duties: You are responsible for any import duties or fees assessed by your country. These vary widely, and we cannot estimate them in advance.
Final sale: Because return shipping across borders can exceed the cost of the razor itself, all international sales are final. We do not accept international returns.
Quality assurance: Every razor is hand-checked before it leaves our workshop, and we test-fit blades in each one to ensure function. Our return rate is exceptionally low, giving you confidence even without a return option.
Retail partners: We’re always open to working with international retailers. If you know a trusted option in your country, please reach out and let us know.
